Returns & Exchanges
In the event you would need to return or exchange an item, please call 414-431-6105 or email anticsorders@wihumane.org for a return authorization. Upon return of the product we will issue a full credit for the total of items returned, but cannot refund the original shipping charges. Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of your order.
Our policies for returns are as follows:
Unused products: Within the 15 day return period, you may return unused products for a full refund. Items must be returned in the original undamaged packaging. Purchasers are responsible for shipping costs back to our store, or they can be brought to any WHS location to save on shipping costs. We will refund your total, entire purchase price--no deductions will be made for restocking.
Used products: We cannot accept returns on items that have been used or are missing the original packaging.
Damaged products: If your order arrives damaged or in any other unique case, please email anticsorders@wihumane.org with your situation and we will help to resolve it.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Depending on the method of payment, refunds may take a few business days to be processed by your bank. If this time has passed and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at anticsorders@wihumane.org.
